A graduate of Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University Faculty of Engineering, Dr. B\u0131\u00e7akc\u0131 has completed doctoral studies in his field and holds both national and international experience. He is a certified Fire Safety Expert and Building Inspection Specialist.<\/span><\/p>\n

With 26 years of experience in the fire protection industry, he is a highly specialized engineer in his domain.<\/span><\/p>\n
